What is Soccer Without Borders?
Soccer Without Borders runs community-led, year-round youth development programs in under-served areas in the USA and abroad. Using the powerful media of soccer and life-skills education, our activities help young people come into a greater understanding of their bodies, voices, and minds, and encourage them to make healthy choices for their futures.
Where is Soccer Without Borders?
We work with under-served youth throughout the world (6 countries and 3 continents including 3 domestic sites in Oakland, New York City, and Baltimore) who, due to a complex variety of social and economic factors, lack access to quality sport and educational opportunities.
What are We Supporting?
The 3rd Annual SWB Small Goals, Big Change Tournament will continue to support the SWB programs domestically and abroad. In particular, the event will support local SWB programming in NYC for Refugee youth, as well as SWB's T.E.A.M. Granada (Nicaragua), which aims to empower girls to meet their potential personally, athletically, and in their communities.
Central Park Rangers Football Club, located in the heart of NYC, is excited to continue its partnership with SWB through this event!
